What Tacet provides
Tacet provides a HIPAA workforce training module for medical transport drivers and produces completion records and certificates for use in a vendor organization’s own compliance documentation.
What Tacet does not provide
Completing Tacet’s training and receiving a certificate documents that a specific, roster-verified individual completed this training module on a given date. It does not, by itself, make any organization compliant with HIPAA or any other law — full compliance depends on the organization’s own policies, risk analysis, safeguards, and other obligations that Tacet has no visibility into and does not assess. Tacet is not a law firm and this training is not legal advice.
Accounts and rosters
Vendor organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the driver roster they upload and for safeguarding the verification codes issued to their drivers. Sharing a driver’s verification code with anyone other than that driver undermines the evidentiary value of the resulting certificate.
Data retention and export
Real (non-demo) training completion records are append-only — the product provides no way to alter or delete them once written — and a vendor organization can export its full roster and completion history from the admin dashboard at any time. A defined minimum retention period, backup schedule, and the process for returning or deleting data when an engagement ends are set out in the signed agreement with each vendor organization. Demo records are illustrative only and are not part of this commitment.
Demo organization
The /demo flow and the demo organization at /train/demo run the real training pipeline against a shared public roster with a single fictitious driver. Anyone can complete it. The resulting certificate is watermarked as a demo and is not a customer compliance record — do not rely on a demo certificate for any real compliance purpose. We may reset or prune demo data at any time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Tacet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the training content, certificates, or verification records, including damages arising from a third party’s reliance on a certificate.
